Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed products, personalized items, and approved custom mockups are non-refundable.

Order Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Common Thread is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
